Making an Obsidian Plugin

It was pretty easy! I was surprised that nothing for Sikh users was present in the Obsidian community plugins, but then I realized that was something I could change :)

I made New Tab Japji, which is an unobtrusive way to become more familiar with the Japji Sahib by looking at small portions of it along with the English Translations. The snippet will show up in your new tab window, along with some shortcuts to get a new note started or look at your recent notes.

While I do work in software I don't know much about js so I used AI to help me make this plugin.

You can check out the plugin GitHub page here: https://github.com/keeratS/obsidian-newtab-japji

And you can see it in the obsidian community plugin marketplace here: https://community.obsidian.md/account/plugins/new-tab-japji
